We own a large apartment, which is divided into sub-units in order to rent the units for several students. Each unit having a separate entrance, water and electricity counters. By all means,  each unit includes all the elements of residential apartment (kitchen, toilets, shower etc.)

Are we exempt from paying appreciation tax while selling the apartment
